Yogopathy is a short-term yoga treatment model used to assist in the healing of an injury. If you have one physical issue to address, a broken bone for instance, Yogopathy is an option.
NOTE: There is a common misconception that yoga can be used as a “medication”. Yogopathy has specific uses, but is not a short cut to health and healing if you have complex medical or psychological issues.
